Terms of service
By commissioning me you have agreed to reading my terms of services and accepting the terms.Please note that I have cats and dogs in my household. For your safety, please do not commission plushies or purchase plushies from me if you have allergies to cats or dogs. I try my best to keep my work area free of animals, but dander and hair flies around.PAYMENT
⭐ My prices are in USD
⭐ All payments will be made through VGen or Etsy
⭐ Payments are to be paid in full before I start the commission.REVISIONS
⭐ There are revisions allowed up to the embroidery step. Once the embroidery has been approve, after 24 hours, no more revision will be permitted.
⭐ Depending on plushie style, during the patterning stage you may ask for revised shape. Most plushie commissions will have an embroidery step where I will show a preview of the embroidery to the client. Client can ask for revisions to embroidery.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⭐ Please understand that making a handmade plushie will take time!
⭐ Plushie can take anywhere between 2 - 8 weeks or more! This could be because of size, pattern tests, planning, order placement, and putting it together, etc.USE
⭐ Always credit me, KinzuRoo, in any post that includes the plush.
⭐ Due to handmade nature of these plushies, these are used as collectible items. Gentle holding, cuddling, etc. If you want something for a child, please express so when commissioning.
⭐ Hand washing only.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⭐ Always credit me, KinzuRoo, in any post that includes the plush.
⭐ The plushie design and pattern itself will belong to me. I will not share the pattern with the client.
⭐ In some cases I will use patterns from other creators, I will state this to the commissioner and posts of the plushieREFUNDS
⭐ Once commission is paid for, refund will not be allowed.
⭐ If something comes up in my life where I have to cancel the commission, I will fully refund you. This is the only case where a refund is possible.COMMUNICATION
⭐ I communicate through each step of the process, from choosing fabrics, pattern testing, embroidery, etc. I will update you as often as possible to make sure everything is looking the way you want.
⭐ Sometimes things are just not possible, so I will inform you of situations like that come up. I will thoroughly communicate with you so you are happy with your plushie and to minimize miscommunication! With that said, please do your part in responding to messages quickly as you can so the commission can move forward! And with any changes, please be as detailed as possible or even draw over the pictures I send.
⭐ Best form of of immediate communication is through discord. I will communicate through original forms of contact, such as Vgen and Etsy, too.

How long have you been making plushies?

Read this!! It's a beginner plushie guide by NazFX. There's A LOT that goes into plushie making.
But when you're ready for a machine I highly recommend going to your local sewing machine store and seeing what embroidery and/or sewing machine brands they service. If your machine ever breaks, or needs a tune up, it's better to be near a place that can service it rather than having to completely replace your machine!! You can also find machines for good deals on Facebook marketplace and then get it serviced.What sewing machine do you use?
I mainly use a Juki Haruka TL-18QVP, a straight stitch only machine, but when I need different types of stitches I get out my Juki DX-2000QVP. Remember to only buy machines you can get locally serviced.What embroidery machine do you use?

The good old fashion trial and error with scrap fabric. When I have a 3d model I use Plushify or I tape up a 3d printed model to get a pattern to start somewhere. But I still usually have to make iterations to the pattern quite a few times before finalizing it.Can you share "insert plushie's name" pattern?
